For five years, the Group Life division at Minnesota Life had missed its annual sales goals. Introworks was asked to help stimulate interest in this stagnating market among the independent producers who recommend group life providers, products and services to HR departments and benefits managers. The "Get More Out of Life" program, spearheaded by a six-part educational series, reframed the market, repositioned the offerings and armed producers with powerful information to help get them in the door. The number of proposals skyrocketed and annual sales goals were met on May 5, seven months ahead of schedule.
